Pagis: “Frédéric Antonetti’s style is becoming more and more visible”

Interviewed by France Football as part of a series of article regarding Stade Rennes’ league leadership, Mickaël Pagis shared his views about the Breton club’s good results.

«Frédéric Antonetti’s style is becominf more and more visible, the former striker recognises. Those who remain (i.e.: from last season) have fully understood what the coach is expecting from them, in their positioning, in the way they feel the game, in every sector".

Enjoying the fact that Rennes are now picking “the fruits of last season’s training”, Pagis also appreciates the quality of the Rennes squad, and the youngsters’ eagerness to improve. “Rennes should finish the first ten games on a top 3 position. This is a really good base to build on, even though there is still a long way to go”, he reckons.
