Stade Rennes appeal on Mangane’s suspension

Deprived of their captainKader Mangane for a match after he was dismissed against Montpellier (read previously), Frédéric Antonetti is not ready to give up and will do all his possible to have his player lined-up against Lyon.

According to lequipe.fr, the Stade Rennais have appealed against their player’s suspension, supporting their case with the fact that the video commission agreed with them and that Souleymane Camara wasn’t injured in the challenge between the players.

The Stade Rennais’ appeal should be debated tomorrow by the French Olympic and Sportive Committee (CNOSF). The decision taken should decide of Mangane’s presence against Lyon the following day.
