- 3 : Three, as the number of assists delivered by Victor Hugo Montaño so far this season. After feeding Brahimi in Nancy and Kembo against Lyon, the Colombian gave a third goal ball, to Jérôme Leroy. He therefor becomes the best Rennes player in this domain, alongside Leroy.
- 3 : Three is also the number of consecutive Ligue 1 games (run in progress) in which Jirès Kembo Ekoko scored (against Lyon, Auxerre and now Brest). A rather usual performance in the club’s history, which had been managed last by Asamoah Gyan last season (In Toulouse, against Le Mans and in Lyon), and is usually realised by one or two players a season
If he scores again in Lorient , Kembo will manage a much more unusual run, since only two Rennes players have scored goals during four consecutive Ligue 1 games since 1972: Stéphane Guivarc’h (1996-1997) and Alexander Frei (2004-2005). The record still belongs to Jean Grumellon (1949-1950) and Hervé Guermeur (1971-1972), with at least a goal per game over six consecutive games.

After the victory in Arles-Avignon, the “Rouge et Noir” recorded another success in an exercise that had cost them many points over the recent seasons. The next game of this type will be the closing game of the 1st phase, with a trip to Caen on December 22nd.
- 40 : Having scored the second goal in the match, Jérôme Leroy also netted his fortieth goal in Ligue , his sixteenth with the Stade Rennais. This is his fourth goal in the year 2010, one unit beyond his two most prolific years at Rennes, 2007 and 2008 (5 goals each). It must also be noted that the team’s veteran had remained on the bench for the previous two games, for the first time since he arrived in Rennes in 2007. A winning return for the midfielder.
- 100 : A captain at his training club against the team of his birth department, Romain Danzé was also celebrating his 100th game in Ligue 1. The man from Douarnenez playing his first game in the top flight on October 4th, 2006, for a memorable victory against Lyon (1-0, goal by Mbia), replacing Sorlin during the game. Since then, Danzé has started 68 games in the league, scoring 6 goals.
- 28 879 : The number of spectators this Saturday at the Route de Lorient. This is obviously the highest total this season, but also the biggest attendance since January 13th, 2008. On that evening, Rennes had beaten Marseille with a goal by Pagis and a brace of Sylvain Wiltord, in front of 29278 spectators. The Stade’s record remains 29490 spectators (August 20th, 2005, also against the OM), and is very unlikely to be beaten in the current configuration, since the installation of giant screens suppressed a few hundreds of seats.
