Souprayen injured

According to Ouest-France, Samuel Souprayen has been the victim of a thigh injury on Wednesday morning. The Stade Rennes defender “felt sharp pain around the adductors”, in his own words.

Adding that he “doesn’t think it is too bad”, the Reunion Island player admitted he would need to be careful until Saturday. Already without Kévin Théophile-Catherine, a forfeit by the left back would be a major worry for Frédéric Antonetti.

As for Jirès Kembo, who received a knock at the ankle on Sunday (read previously), news are rather positive. Talking to Ouest-France, the striker declared that various examinations revealed nothing but a big bruise. He hopes to be returning for the game against Valenciennes.
