Frau : «What Rennes do is impressive»

Lille striker Pierre-Alain Frau, who scored the winning goal in Marseille last Sunday (1-2), gave his view about Stade Rennes in an interview to website footlille.com.

«At some point, we had managed to distance them a bit, the former Sochaux striker reminds. They came back well, and they put the pressure on us every Saturday when we play on the Sunday. They are doing a great season, they are in a good dynamic. What they do is impressive”.
Full of praise towards Stade Rennes, Pierre-Alain Frau recognises the club’s merit, especially in terms of efficiency. A quality Rennes share with his own team, although with two different methods to achieve it. “The key thing is efficiency, he affirms. We are efficient thanks to our game in movement. Rennes use another way of doing which is as paying as ours. They found a formula which allows them to score many points, win games. They also have attacking talents with good players”.
