Discipline : Lemoine summoned on May 26th

Gathering this Thursday, the LFP’s commission of discipline summoned Fabien Lemoine for their meeting to be held on the 26th of May.

The Rennes midfielder will have to justify his bad challenge on Bordeaux’ Alou Diarra, on which the game’s referee Wilfried Bien had written a complementary report to the commission. The Fougeres-man had received a yellow card on the action, and could be given a ban if the commission decided that way.

In this latest case, Lemoine’s suspension would only apply from the beginning of next season, since Ligue 1’s final game week will be played on the 29th May, only three days after the player’s convocation. In the meantime, Lemoine remains available to play for Frédéric Antonetti’s team.
