International: Diarra and Qasmi called-up

International: Diarra and Qasmi called-up

With his team playing at the Piverdière next Sunday, against En Avant de Guingamp’s reserve, in the sixth game week of CFA2, Laurent Huard will have to do without two attacking players.

Malian forward Fantamady Diarra, who made his first appearance on a Ligue 1 match sheet this Sunday in Lille, has been called-up by Alain Giresse with the “Eagles of Mali” for an ACN 2012 qualification match. The young Rennais has been called for the first time in a Malian squad which will definitively qualify in case of a victory against Liberia, next Saturday.

Yacine Qasmi, arrived this summer from PSG, will play two friendly matches with the Moroccan Olympic team against Gambia and Ivory Coast. These two games will prepare the team before the next U21 African championship.
Yassine Jebbour, who is not selected with this Moroccan Olympic team since several matches, hasn’t been called-up

These two absences are added to the ones already announced for next week of Pitriopa (Burkina Faso), M’Vila (France), Hadji (Morocco), Tettey (Norway), Mavinga and Pajot (U21 France). And this list could get a little bit longer, if Jirès Kembo accepts the appeal of the Democratic Republic of Congo (see previously).
