Mangane : “It has to profit to everyone”

Back from holidays this Monday, Kader Mangane is returning to La Piverdière and reuniting with his team-mates. Not against the idea of leaving for pastures new, the Stade Rennais captain doesn’t know yet, whether he will play in Brittany for the 2011-2012 season.

Questioned by website mercato365.com, the Senegalese defender keeps all options open. “At the moment I’m focused on Rennes, Mangane explained. I’m still under contract (i.e.: until 2013). Rennes have offered me a new contract, which I’m considering very carefully at the moment. Now, if there is an opportunity here or elsewhere and I have to go for it, we will see. I haven’t got this opportunity yet. I’m still a Rennes player and we shall see what happens before the end of the transfer market. I’m not asking myself too many questions and I will return to training 100% a Rennes player. If I was to leave, it would have to profit to everyone. I have much respect for Rennes who trusted me. This is the way it is”.
