The Rennais are back in Brittany

A few hours after the end of their match in Tbilisi, the Rennes squad has returned to the French soil. Having left Georgia at 1:00 am local time (11:00 pm French time), the “Rouge et Noir” have landed in the night at the airport of Rennes Saint-Jacques, which they had left on Wednesday morning.

Now, Frédéric Antonetti and his players have got a week in front of them to prepare the return leg, which – considering the extent of their victory yesterday (2-5) - should not cause any trouble. This will allow Stade Rennes to play a final “pre-season” game before the return to Ligue 1, on Sunday August 7th in Dijon.
