Transfers : Qasmi arrives

According to L’Équipe’s website, Stade Rennes have hired youngster Yacine Qasmi (20 y/o) on a one year contract.

Trained at Paris Saint-Germain, where he played since he was eight, the forward wasn’t kept by the club from the capital this summer, despite a brief appearance in the professional squad, entering as a substitute during a Europa League game. As defender Fabien Boyer, he will come to reinforce the Reserve squad, next season in CFA2.

Although he was born in Pontoise, Yacine Qasmi is a member of the Morrocan national team, alongside Yassine Jebbour. After a good 2010-2011 season in the CFA with Paris, he will bring some of his experience to a squad which cruelly lacked it last season.
