Ligue 1, Stade rennais - Montpellier, Saturday at 7pm. Rod Fanni will not be back this Saturday for the 10th round of Ligue 1. Rennes’ defender who restarted training with the rest of the team this week is apparently not ready to participate in this week-end game. Georges Mandjeck, after his suspension, is back in the squad.

Frédéric Antonetti announced his list of eighteen players today, selected to play against Montpellier, this Saturday at 7pm at stade de la route de Lorient. Only one change has been made, compared to the squad which came back with a point after the game away against Lens last Sunday. After his suspension, Georges Mandjeck is back in the squad, instead of Tongo Doumbia, suspended.

Unfortunately, Rod Fanni will still have to wait before coming back on the Ligue 1 grounds. The French international player has not been considered ready by the coaching staff. «It is still a bit to early, announced Frédéric Antonetti in Ouest-France newspaper this Friday. He needs to train with the squad, to release himself. Because his problem comes from an old injury, he is still a bit scared». Fanni would probably not play with the CFA reserve team either.

Nicolas Douchez and Sylvain Marveaux, slightly injured this week during training have been selected in the squad.
