Théophile-Catherine out to play OM

Still without Mangane, Tettey, Lemoine, Apam and Marveaux, Frédéric Antonetti has selected a squad of nineteen players to play against Marseille. The same players who have lost last Saturday, plus Boye back from injury. Originally announced in the squad, Kévin Théophile-Catherine injured himself during training this morning and he will not travel with the rest of the team.
Frédéric Antonetti has selected a squad of nineteen players to play against Marseille, in a late match of the 11th round of Ligue 1.
The squad selected remains the same as the one who lost against Lorient last Saturday, plus the addition of Boye coming back after a thigh injury who will be the nineteenth man. Kader Mangane, who «was hoping» to be back for this game is finally not ready yet after his thigh injury.
Last minute news : according to Ouest-France Newspaper, confirmed later by the club, Kévin Théophile-Catherine is out to play this match. The defender stopped his training session this morning because of a muscle tear in the gluteals. «A rare injury according to Rennes’ medical staff who has not defined yet the length of the unavailability». for this game away against Marseille, Théophile-Catherine should logically be replaced on the left side of the defense by Samuel Souprayen.
