Ligue 1, Stade rennais - Lorient, Sunday, 21:00. Relief for Frédéric Antonetti. Doubtful before the game Kader Mangane, Yann M'Vila and Youssouf Hadji are finally fit to take part in the derby against FC Lorient.

Deprived of Mavinga and Kana-Biyik in defence and of Julien Feret at midfield, all suspended, Frédéric Antonetti will be relieved at the return of Kader Mangane. Having fully recovered from his ankle injury, the Rennes captain returns in the squad for the game against Lorient on Sunday evening
Absent since September 15th and the trip to Udine, Mangane was still doubftul on the run-up to this week-end. His presence against the “Merlus” should lift a weight on a defence handicapped by the absence of two suspended players and of John Boye, who isn’t expected back for another two or three weeks. Logically, Georges Mandjeck should once again come down to defence to partner with the big Senegalese, with Danzé and Théophile-Catherine respectively starting at right back and left back.

At midfield, while Féret is supended, Antonetti can finally count on the presence of Yann M’Vila. Back from his international games with France with a sore throat, the midfielder should be able to play. The Rennes manager will also welcome the return of Dalmat, rested two weeks ago in Lille after a malaise at the end of the game against Atlético Madrid.
Upfront, although Boukari hasn’t completely recovered, Antonetti enjoys the return of Yacine Brahimi as well as the presence of Youssouf Hadji, who suffered a light thigh injury during the week with Morocco and was rested all this week at La Piverdière.

In Lorient, Christian Gourcuff will also have to do with the absence of several key players of his squad. Particularly with the suspensions of Alaixys Romao and Yann Jouffre. The Lorient coach will also have to do without Sigamary Diarra and Julien Quercia, injured.
For this occasion, the Argentinian midfielder Gabriel Peñalba reappears in the Lorient squad, after being loaned in Argentina last season, and having never appeared in the squad since the beginning of the season. Doubtful this week, respectively with hip and ankle injuries, Arnold Mvuemba and Lucas Mareque will be there.
