Stade Rennes - Montpellier : touchline ban for René Girard

Last Thursday, the LFP’s Discipline commission sentenced Montpellier’s coach René Girard to a two match ban. A sanction given after “verbal and gestural contestations of the Referee’s decisions” during Montpellier-Nancy, on September 11th.

René Girard will therefore be banned from sitting on the bench for Montpellier HSC’s next two games, against Sochaux and in Rennes. On this occasion, he will be sitting in the stands of the Route de Lorient.
