Europa League: the UEFA summoned to reinstate Sion

After new auditions of all parties, a civilian Swiss court ordered once again the UEFA to proceed the reinstatement of FC Sion in the Europa League.
The verdict was pronounced Wednesday afternoon, after all the auditions were completed last week. For the moment, the UEFA hasn’t officialy reacted, since the organism wishes to study the justice decision before taking any decision.

Assessing that the sanction of the UEFA against FC Sion was excessive, the Swiss justice then demands the cancellation of its exclusion, despite the Europa League games already played. The European federation is condemned to pay fines in case they were to ignore this decision.
In this trial, the FIFA announced that it goes along with UEFA’s decision. FIFA’s emergency committee affirmed its « total support » for the European federation.
