Injuries: reassuring news for Kana-Biyik

Suffering with his adductors in Toulosue on Sunday, and forced to come off at the 37th minute of the game, Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik underwent an MRI scan on Monday afternoon.

The result was reassuring for the defender who, according to Stade Rennes’ official website, is only suffering with «minor muscular damage to the right thigh’s adductors”. An injury nowhere near as bad as first feared, but which should still prevent him to play in Glasgow, on Thursday in the Europa League.
