Former Players : Didot believes in Rennes in the Champions League

A Rennais in his heart despite being exiled to Toulouse since nearly three years, Étienne Didot doesn’t forget his training club. In words reported by website alleztfc.com, the midfielder announces that he thinks the Stade Rennais able to clinch one of the top three sports at the end of the season.

«I would be happy for them, for my region and this club where there are still a lot of people I like, Didot affirms. It will certainly be difficult, there are very strong squads in that race. Rennes wasn’t going for the title before the season, so it isn’t too bad if they don’t make it. But the Champions League, it would be a great year for us. They will do it, I believe, and I will go and have a drink with them (he laughs).”
