Coupe de France, R32 : Rennes to face Vaulx-en-Velin or Jura Sud Foot

The draw for the Coupe de France Round of 32 has been done in Eurosport’s studio, immediately after the game between Rennes and Cannes (7-0) ended.

Antonetti’s men will be travelling either to play against Vaulx-en-Velin (DH) or Jura Sud Foot (CFA). The game between both amateur teams has indeed been postponed to Saturday, January 15th following a decision by the French Football Federation, who judged the installation of provisory stands at Vaulx-en-Velin’s stadium to be in infraction with the Coupe de France rules.

« We will take the maximum of information and especially the maximum of seriousness for this game. We saw teams in danger this week-end, so we will be very careful”, Pierre Dréossi reacted after the draw. The game will be played on Saturday 22nd or Sunday 23rd January.
