CFA: The Reserve returns to winning ways!

Finally. After eleven games without a win (6 draws, 5 defeats), Stade Rennes’ Reserve managed to earn the four points of a win, on the road in Lorient (1-0).

Streghtened by professionals who did not or little play against Lens (Camara, Carrasso, Doumbia, Jebbour, Julienne, Mandjeck and Verhoek), Laurent Huard’s team won on the pitch of a direct competitor in the relegation race, thanks to a goal by Tongo Doumbia. Rennes remain last in the league table, but filled part of the gap and could still hope to save their place at this level.
