Former players : Perrier-Doumbé is a free agent

Released by Toulouse after two seasons at the club, Jean-Joël Perrier-Doumbé is searching for a new club. This week, the former Stade Rennais right back joined the training camp organised by the UNFP for professional players left without a club.

Among the many players involved in that summer camp, Perrier-Doumbé joins Gaëtan Caro, released by the Stade Rennais after his first professional year, who has joined the camp since several weeks and is still looking for a club.

Recruited by Toulouse after his spell at Celtic Glasgow (January 2007 - June 2009), Perrier-Doumbé has barely ever played in the “pink city”, with only three Ligue 1 games in two seasons. Turning 33 soon, the French-Cameroonese will probably be looking for a last challenge in Ligue 2 or in the National.
