Transfers : Boyer arrives in Rennes

According to our informations, Stade rennais has registered the signature for one year of Fabien Boyer (20 years old).

Native of Rhône-Alpes, this axial defender performed at Jura Sud last season. However he isn’t unknown of professional clubs since, after playing in young team of Olympique Lyonnais, he especially frequented the training centers of Toulouse and Monaco. It’s finally last summer that Boyer landed to Jura Sud (CFA), where he made an excellent 2010-2011 season. After a trial period of three days at Stade rennais few weeks ago, the defender convinced the Breton recruiters to propose him a contract.

The next season, Boyer should evolve mostly with the Stade Rennes’ reserve in CFA2, with as an objective to impose himself, before trying to get way higher.
