Contracts: Camara until 2014!

Recently, we echoed Abdoul Camara’s desire to continue his progression with his first club (read previously). This Friday, the young forward completed his words with acts!

Stade Rennes officially announced the contract extension of the French-Guinean, who signed for another three years. His contract, bound to terminate in June next year, is now running until June 2014. Awarded a three years professional contract in 2008, he signed his second contract with the SRFC.

This season, Camara is Frédéric Antonetti’s favourite “impact player”, as he came into play in 7 occasions in Ligue 1, for a total 104 minutes on the pitch. Loaned to Vannes last season, he has only earned one start with Rennes, in Guingamp in the Coupe de la Ligue.
