Stade Rennais has just achieved a run of three victories but is the club really stronger than last year? Before the game against PSG on Saturday, Frédéric Antonetti assures he will need time to answer that question.
Transfers. Fabien Lemoine has signed a four year contract with AS Saint-Étienne this Wednesday. At 24, the midfielder saw his prospects of playing time reduce in the first team, and decided to leave in order to become a starting fixture in Ligue 1 again.
Interview. At 18, Abdoulaye Doucouré is the first player of the 1993 generation to have been offered a professional contract, without going through the trainee contract stage. After a last season plagued by a nasty injury, the promising centre midfielder could become one of the club’s leading figures in the years to come.
